This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data of visitors and customers of abrasko.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What Data We Collect

•          Account/order data: name, email, delivery address, billing address, phone number (if provided), order history.

•          Payment data: processed directly by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers ourselves. See Section 4.

•          Marketing data: email address and engagement data (opens, clicks) if you subscribe to our newsletter or interact with pop-ups.

•          Technical data: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, referral source, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

•          Reviews: name, email, product photos, and review text if you submit a product review.

4. Who We Share Your Data With (Recipients / Processors)

We use the following service providers, each acting as a data processor or, where noted, an independent controller for their own purposes:

•          Shopify — our e-commerce platform; processes order, account, and technical data to run the Store.

•          Printify — our print-on-demand fulfillment partner; receives your name, delivery address, and order details to produce and ship your items.

•          Stripe — processes payment data directly; we do not see or store full card details.

•          Klaviyo — our email marketing platform; processes your email address and engagement data if you opt in to marketing.

•          Judge.me — our review platform; processes name, email, and any photos submitted with a review.

•          Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — receives technical/advertising data via the Meta Pixel for ad targeting and measurement, where you have consented to marketing cookies.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers (e.g. Meta, and depending on their infrastructure, Klaviyo, Printify, or our payment provider) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or the provider’s own certified adequacy mechanism, to ensure your data remains protected.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

•          Order and invoicing data: kept for the period of  10 years by applicable tax and accounting law in Slovakia.

•          Marketing data: kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.

•          Review data: kept as long as the review remains published, or until you request deletion.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

•          Access the personal data we hold about you

•          Request correction of inaccurate data

•          Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”)

•          Restrict or object to certain processing

•          Data portability

•          Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal)
