Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

2. Production and Delivery

Every item is printed to order once you place it — nothing is held in stock. Processing the order and production time takes 2-5 business days. Once the item is shipped, allow  4-15 business days for delivery – depending on the delivery address.

• ·       Please note that deliveries do not take place on Sundays or public holidays.
• ·       Delivery times may be longer during peak periods and are provided for guidance only.

3. Shipping Costs (incl. VAT)

Your shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the number of items you order.
Shipping costs are based on weight and start at €3.45.

Prices include VAT at the rate applicable in your country of delivery.

You will not be charged separate import VAT or customs duties, since production and shipping are EU-based.

5. Shipping Address

We only ship to residential addresses. Unfortunately, delivery to parcel stations or pickup points is not possible.

7. Address Accuracy

You’re responsible for entering a correct delivery address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to update your details. You may choose to have the order re-delivered upon payment of the re-shipping costs or cancel the order for a refund of the product price, minus any direct return shipping costs incurred by us.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@abrasko.com with your order number.
