(hereinafter the “Seller” or “we”)

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of goods through the Store by consumers (“Buyer” or “you”) within the European Union.

2. Definitions

•          Consumer — a natural person who, when concluding and performing the contract, is not acting within the scope of their business, employment, or profession.

•          Goods — graphic t-shirts and related apparel offered for sale in the Store, printed to order and fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand production partner.

•          Distance contract — a contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer exclusively through means of distance communication (the Store website), without the simultaneous physical presence of both parties.

3. Conclusion of the Contract

3.1 Product listings in the Store are an invitation to make an offer, not a binding offer by the Seller.

3.2 By placing an order and completing checkout, the Buyer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected Goods.

3.3 The contract is concluded at the moment the Seller sends the Buyer an order confirmation by email to the address provided at checkout. An automatic order-received notification does not by itself constitute acceptance.

3.4 The Seller reserves the right to decline an order — for example in cases of unavailable materials, pricing or listing errors, or suspected fraud — and will inform the Buyer without undue delay, with a full refund of any amount already paid.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 All prices shown in the Store are final prices, inclusive of applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise at the relevant listing.

4.2 Delivery costs are shown separately during checkout before the order is placed and are added to the total price.

4.3 Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of ordering unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery

5.1 Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page and on our Shipping policy. Processing the order and production time takes 2-5 business days. Once the item is shipped, allow 4-15 business days for delivery – depending on the delivery address.

5.2 Goods are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Buyer at checkout. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of this address.

5.3 Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the Buyer or to a third party designated by the Buyer (other than the carrier).

5.4 We currently ship to Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1 As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Slovak law.

6.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the Goods.

6.3 To exercise this right, use the online withdrawal function available at Withdrawal Contract (located in the footer of the page), or submit an unambiguous written statement to the contact details in Section 1.

6.4 If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned Goods, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

6.5 You must send back the Goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us. You bear the direct cost of returning the Goods.

6.6 You are liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

7. Product Information and Safety

7.1 Product descriptions, sizing charts, and images are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. Minor deviations in color or print placement may occur due to production processes.

7.2 Manufacturer/importer contact details and safety information for each product, where applicable, are provided on the relevant product listing in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (General Product Safety Regulation).

8. Personal Data

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 This contract is governed by the laws of Slovakia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which the Buyer, as a consumer, has their habitual residence.

9.2 Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under mandatory law in your country of residence.

10. Final Provisions

10.1 The Seller may amend these Terms and Conditions. The version in force at the time an order is placed applies to that order.

10.2 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
